About Us Look Up Level Up was established in 2022 and has been actively operating in Dubai’s real estate market for three years. Before that, we had nearly six years of experience in Istanbul’s real estate market and over a decade of expertise in Iran. We operate as both a real estate brokerage and an investment firm. Beyond buying and selling properties, we offer a unique development investment model that allows investors to manage and grow their assets through us. This means our role extends beyond selling properties—we help investors purchase their properties and handle all aspects of property management, sales, and other related services.

Why is it considered necessary to register Agreement for Sale?

The Registration Act, 1908, the Transfer of Property Act, 1882 and the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 mandates the registration of an agreement for sale of an immovable property. By registering the agreement for sale of an immovable property, it becomes a permanent public record. Further, a person is considered as the legal owner of an immovable property only after he gets such property registered in his name.
